25 Weeks

Well, as of Tuesday March 21st I was 25 weeks pregnant. Here's an update on how our second little girl is developing.

"Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. Her weight — a pound and a half — doesn't sound like much, but she's beginning to exchange her long, lean look for some baby fat. As she does, her wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and she'll start to look more and more like a newborn. Her hair is probably recognizable now (in color and texture), although both may change after she's born."

When I think about how uncomfortable I am already, it's hard to imagine that I still have more than 3 months to go and she will pack on at least another 6 lbs if not more before she's born. How quickly I have forgotten!!! I know in the end, though, that it will fly by and she'll be here before we know it.
